INTRODUCTION ABOUT HOF-NEPAL

The name of our organization is FORUM OF HELPERS NEPAL. Established by the seven (7) youngster involved in different field. This organization is newly established in 2013 A.D. Its location is Lalitpur, Nepal.

Our organization is established in order to transform the rural areas into urban by providing facilities related to health issues,eduction and create awareness about women violence. To raise their standard of living, making their life useful for the country and people.
 This organization believes that only human can give happiness to humans.In context of our country Nepal there are many rural areas where there are no proper facilities given to people. They are being cheated every time that they would get proper facilities but all goes on vain. People are dying in our country  because there is no propoer facilities given to them.

So not to make this again happen or to make a step in minimizing the problems facing by them we had established the NGO. By thinking that we could at least minimize the problems there are facing in our country.
we have just taken a step to solve the problems of people by helping and giving the proper care to which they had desire too. People cannot die if we give medicine at right time, they could stand in their own feet if they have the support of education and other things.We want to transform the rural areas like as urban areas with the facilities.

HOF-NEPAL:

This foundation is established by the young and energetic young and dynamic group of seven people. In order to transform the rural areas into the urban areas and make them stable in their own feet.  So they can live good and prosperous life.

Vision:

Forum for helpers Nepal’s vision is to be the NGOs in Nepal which will help to improve the people’s quality of life (which includes health, education, safety, security and drinking) mainly on rural areas.

Mission:

We believe that our first priority will be those people who are helpless and want to live their life happily.  Our organization will help the people of every fields(health, education,and women violence) in which people are facing the problems. We being the responsible members of the nation it’s our duty to help the people of our country. There are such people right now in our country that they want to live but they are not getting proper facilities. Our major priorities will be the people of the rural areas in which they are not getting those facilities that we people are enjoying right now. 

·         Beliefs: The organization’s fundamental believes is to give good service that will help the people without being biased in our field of helping people. We will give our 100% in our services.

·         Goal:  we want to be the best NGO in the Nepal which will be able to transform the rural areas.

·         Aspiration:  we want to achieve the people’s blessing through our good deeds.

·    Ethical responsibilities:  We will never be lazy on our work. There will be no excuse in case of the employee’s carelessness. We will be very good towards our donors and their requirements. We will never betray the people whom we help. We will always be thankful to our employees and the people helping us.  We will maintain all the rules and regulations.

·         Public image: This firm is always concern towards the social, community and environment caring.

·         Concern for employees: This firm is always concern towards its employee’s needs and requirements. Their health, security and other different things concerned with them. To develop, motivate, reward and by providing good working environment, compensation on basis of their work.

·         Technology:  We have laptops to maintain our data and others related things needed to run the organization completely.
